Family plays a significant role in Laura’s life. As a mother of three, she understands the importance of creating a better future for all families in St. Martin Parish. Her personal experiences have shaped her commitment to the community, and she believes in the power of collective action to bring about positive change.
Laura’s professional experience is a testament to her dedication and expertise. With 39 years of service in the Clerk of Court office, she has acquired a deep understanding of the workings of the legal system. As a supervisor for 9 years, Laura managed three departments, honing her leadership and organizational skills. Her hands-on experience has prepared her to lead the Clerk of Court office with integrity and efficiency.
